New Booking → Subscribe: pick customer and product, set quantity against the subscribe fleet cap, then Create. shared pool only, confirmed immediately.

Choose Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly, set the start date, payment, and fulfillment (pickup / delivery / shipping). first period total goes on the Shopify order.
