Demand signals
When every unit is out, shoppers can still leave their email. Rent and Subscribe interest goes to Waitlists, buy interest goes to Purchase leads, and your team follows up from admin.
Neither list holds stock: rent stays bookable until you reserve units for a buyer.
Where requests go
Every request lands in the right list
Each request keeps the shopper's email and the product, so you know who to contact about what.
Signed-in shoppers join with one tap on the heart, and everyone else leaves an email. When no units are left, the booking panel offers Join Waitlist, or Request to purchase on Buy.
Each entry shows the shopper's email, the product with its SKU and location, and when they joined. Mark it Contacted once you reach out, or Dismiss it.
Shoppers leave an email, the quantity they want and an optional phone and message. Each lead starts as New, ready for you to contact.
Inquiry-only products show Request a Quote instead. Those requests go to the Inquiries tab in Bookings, not to waitlists or leads.

Contact the shopper first. Reserving takes units out of the rent pool for new bookings, and rentals already booked keep running.

Each waitlist join and purchase request posts an in-app alert that opens the entry. The Waitlist and Purchase interest switches in Settings → Notifications turn them on or off.

When every unit in the rent or subscribe pool is out, the product page shows Currently Unavailable with a Join Waitlist button. Shoppers leave their contact details and hear from you when a unit is free.
No. Waitlists collect interest when Rent or Subscribe stock is out. Inquiries are quote requests on Inquiry-mode products.
Interest captured when Buy stock is out. You follow up or reserve units for purchase from the lead detail screen.
No. A waitlist entry is a demand signal only. It stays Active until you mark it Contacted or Dismissed.
